Video intelligence
Fixed, panoramic, multi-sensor, PTZ, thermal, specialty, and analytics-capable cameras with appropriate recording and retention.
Purpose-selected technology
We evaluate systems by performance, integration, administration, infrastructure, lifecycle, and the people who need to operate them—not by forcing every project into one product line.
Integrated system architecture
Product selection happens after the operating requirements are clear. The final architecture may use one platform, several compatible systems, or a carefully phased transition from existing equipment.
Fixed, panoramic, multi-sensor, PTZ, thermal, specialty, and analytics-capable cameras with appropriate recording and retention.
Perimeter, opening, interior, panic, environmental, backup communication, and verification devices organized into useful zones.
Visitor communication, directories, mobile answering, readers, credentials, locks, gates, elevators, and audit trails.
Zoned paging, live talk-down, prerecorded warnings, duress inputs, permissions, and event-triggered communication.
Supported events, remote visibility, operator review, notifications, escalation, incident coordination, and reporting.
Network, wireless or cellular connectivity, cybersecurity settings, power, battery backup, storage, racks, enclosures, and pathways.

Gold Partner • Technician recertification completed
As an AXIS Communications Gold Partner, we can design and deliver AXIS network cameras, AXIS Camera Station Pro, monitoring workflows, access control, door and gate control, intercoms, network audio, analytics, and supporting infrastructure as a coordinated system. The final scope remains property-specific; the partner relationship gives customers a qualified path to planning, installation, configuration, training, and long-term service.

One coordinated UniFi environment
Three Factor Security designs, installs, configures, commissions, and supports UniFi Protect video, UniFi Access, live door monitoring, readers and credentials, intercom workflows, door controls, and compatible gate-control applications. When the project calls for it, the security system is coordinated with the supporting UniFi network and console so video, entry events, permissions, and administration work together instead of becoming separate systems.
Technology-neutral planning
Existing systems may be retained, integrated, upgraded, or replaced after compatibility, condition, cybersecurity, supportability, and performance are reviewed.
Technology is evaluated against actual coverage, operating, environmental, infrastructure, administration, and response requirements.
An available integration is not automatically a useful one. Data, permissions, failure modes, and operator workflows must support a clear purpose.
Remote access, user roles, credential lifecycle, network exposure, updates, and ownership are considered as part of the security design.
Capacity, supportability, documentation, maintenance, software changes, replacement timing, and future expansion affect the long-term value of the platform.
Existing-system evaluation
We review device condition, platform compatibility, licensing, administrator access, network and power, recording health, storage, image quality, alert performance, remote access, and available documentation.

Platform compatibility, feature support, administration, cybersecurity, and lifecycle requirements are verified for the specific devices and software versions proposed.
UniFi provides a tightly coordinated environment for video, access, intercom, identity, networking, and local administration. AXIS provides a broad portfolio of specialized devices, analytics, open-platform integration, and enterprise security capabilities. Supporting both lets us design around the property, operating requirements, IT standards, budget, and growth plan instead of forcing every project into one product family.
Sometimes, but coexistence should be engineered rather than assumed. Supported UniFi Protect versions can adopt certain ONVIF-compatible third-party cameras for core viewing and playback, although advanced features may be limited. AXIS devices can also participate in ONVIF-conformant systems where the specific profiles and VMS support align. In other projects, separate management or a phased migration is the cleaner choice.
Yes. Project-defined support can include firmware and software review, storage-health checks, camera alignment and image-quality review, user and credential administration, alarm and door testing, documentation updates, troubleshooting, upgrades, and expansion planning. The maintenance scope is matched to the platform and operational importance of the site.
