Information collected and why
Three Factor Security uses information you submit to review and respond to your request, coordinate services, evaluate applications, and maintain the security of this website.
- Service and assessment requests: name, email, phone, service address, city, ZIP code, selected services, property or system information, request details, contact preference, and your request-related contact permission. Company name, preferred dates, additional technical notes, and uploads are optional where indicated.
- Job applications: contact information, city, position, relevant experience, availability, work-authorization and driving-eligibility responses, and application-contact permission. Optional qualifications and portfolio links help with recruiting. Do not send identity documents or a driver’s license number through this form.
- Private feedback: name, email, service or project type, ratings, and any optional reference, company name, comments, or follow-up permission. The form does not authorize publication of your name, comments, or ratings as a testimonial.
- Technical information: hosting and security services process connection information, such as IP address, browser information, request time, requested page, and errors, to deliver and protect the site. Website request diagnostics record a request reference, route, response status, and processing time.
Provide only what is relevant
Our detailed service forms collect contact and property information to check service fit, reduce spam, understand the work, and coordinate follow-up. Fields marked with an asterisk are required; optional fields and media may be left blank. Please limit descriptions to the property, service, employment, or feedback purpose shown on the form. Do not submit passwords, alarm codes, access credentials, private camera links, payment-card data, government identification numbers, medical records, or unrelated personal information. You may call 866-615-3233 to discuss what is needed before sharing details online.
Contact permission
Service and application forms ask for permission to follow up about that request. This permission is recorded with the submission and does not subscribe you to marketing. Private-feedback follow-up is optional. To change a contact preference or withdraw optional follow-up permission, call 866-615-3233 and identify your request. Necessary service communications and legally required records may still apply.
Optional photos and videos
Uploaded media is used to review the request and is stored privately, rather than published in the website gallery. Share only media you are authorized to provide. Review the Media Upload Policy for permitted files and security limits. Uploaded files may contain location or other metadata, so remove unnecessary metadata before uploading.
Cookies, analytics, and third-party tools
We use website preferences and third-party business tools. Depending on the tool and your interaction, these services may support communications, customer and request management, scheduling, service delivery, analytics, or measuring how people find our services. Information involved may include contact and request details, communications, device and browser information, pages viewed, and referral information. The Cookie Policy explains this website’s display storage and available choices. External websites have their own privacy practices.
This website does not change its behavior in response to the older Do Not Track browser signal. Global Privacy Control is a separate opt-out signal; it must be honored for covered sale or sharing where applicable law requires. You can also raise a tracking or disclosure concern through our privacy-request process. This notice does not itself create consent for optional tracking.
Service providers and disclosures
Categories of providers may include hosting and private storage, security and technical support, communications, customer-management and scheduling tools, analytics and measurement services, and installation or monitoring partners. Only information relevant to the activity should be provided. The information and provider involved depend on the service you use. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and safety. A separate written agreement may govern an installed security system, monitoring service, or customer-controlled recordings.
Marketing communications
We do not currently enroll website visitors or form submitters in promotional email, text, or automated-call campaigns. If we introduce marketing, we will provide the disclosures, choices, permissions, and opt-out methods required for that channel before it begins. Permission to respond to a service request or application is not marketing permission, and requesting service does not require agreeing to future promotions.
Retention
We limit retention to what is needed for the specific request or service and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Inactive information should be reviewed for secure deletion when those needs end. There is no single retention period for every kind of record.
- Inquiries, feedback, and related uploads: retained for review and resolution, with any continuing service, security, dispute, or legal obligation considered before deletion.
- Customer agreements and service records: retained for the applicable service, contract, licensing, tax, warranty, and legal requirements.
- Applications: retained for applicable employment-recordkeeping periods, including the four-year minimum where California Government Code section 12946 applies. An employment action or legal hold may extend the relevant period.
- Technical records: retention depends on the hosting or security service and the operational or legal purpose.
Records and media are handled through retention review; completing a request or expiring an upload authorization does not automatically delete them. Accessibility preferences remain on your device until reset or cleared; the display cookie expires after one year or when you select the mobile view.
Privacy requests
To ask about information you submitted, request access, correction or deletion, change a contact preference, or raise a privacy concern, use our Privacy Requests page or call 866-615-3233 during Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT and ask for a privacy request. The business owner coordinates review. We may need to verify your identity or authority using information already associated with your request. Applicable rights and any required response periods depend on the law that covers the request; this policy does not limit those rights.
Security and policy changes
Safeguards include private upload storage, file-type and size checks, expiring upload authorizations, request limits, and restricted browser connections. These measures do not guarantee that every file is safe or that transmission or storage is risk-free. Material changes to this policy will be identified on this page with a description of the change; additional notice will be provided where required.
